Service The service concept is particularly important to medentis medical GmbH. The central point of contact is the dedicated and competent telephone hotline, because experience shows that 95 percent of all questions can be answered quickly and easily over the phone. From Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 19:00, our medentis employees are available as contact persons for the customers. Each order is checked for plausibility by one of our employees – this reduces incorrect orders from the outset and saves valuable time. ICX products are delivered exclusively by UPS Express Saver, without delivery costs and minimum order value. Goods ordered before 19:00 are guaranteed to be delivered by noon of the following working day (within Germany). Complaints are also handled unconventionally and simply at medentis medical GmbH. Implants that have not healed are exchanged without bureaucracy and without great effort within the framework of the osseointegration guarantee. This service concept even goes so far as to exchange ICX implants that have fallen on the floor during the operation, for example, without any time-consuming formalities. ICX Implants The ICX implants are made of proven, high-purity titanium grade 4 KV . A special feature of the material used for the ICX implants is the cold forming of the pure titanium during the manufacturing process. As a result, the pure titanium has significantly better mechanical properties than conventional grade 4 titanium, which is heated during the manufacturing process. The surface of the ICX implants is sandblasted and high-temperature etched, which allows an osteophilic surface morphology with a bimodal structuring for reliable biological and mechanical anchorage of the bone with the material in the microscale. The entire implant geometry of the ICX implant system has been developed according to the latest design and functional principles. High primary stability is achieved via the self-tapping apical thread. The unique, protected condensation thread in the middle to upper implant area ensures good compaction of the cancellous bone. The microthread in the area of the implant neck establishes the desired cortical bone contact and thus ensures optimized, physiological force transmission in this area. The slightly beveled, microrough surface of the implant shoulder allows permanent apposition of crestal bone in the shoulder region and thus promotes secure and permanent stability of the peri-implant bone level for the necessary stabilization of the soft tissue. The platform switch also promotes better bone apposition and moves the implant-abutment interface further away from the biologically relevant bone interface.
