ZENTRALE ANLAUFSTELLE is the dedicated and competent telephone hotline, because experience shows that 95 percent of all questions can be answered quickly and easily over the phone.

Complaints are handled unconventionally and simply at medentis medical. ICX implants that have not healed can be exchanged under the osseointegration guarantee without bureaucracy and effort.

This service concept even goes so far that ICX implants which have fallen on the floor or been opened incorrectly during the operation, for example, can be exchanged without time-consuming formalities!

From Monday to Friday, 7.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., our medentis employees are available as contact persons for you, our customers.
